Little girls of thirteen or fourteen are as delicate as nutmegs at the beginning of February.
To begin with, adolescence is a period of life experience, a period of transition from childhood to adulthood, a period of complete physical development, and a period of burden and resistance. In the information age, teenagers are more likely to understand their own changes, and are easily led astray by deviations and misinformation. Thus, in order to let teenagers get through adolescence healthily, it is more necessary to hold a sincere, magnanimous attitude and comprehensive knowledge to guide teenagers to understand the knowledge of adolescence.
On the afternoon of March 15th, Anqing Foreign Languages School held a physiological lecture for boys and girls in puberty for Grade 7 students. The keynote speakers are teachers Li Mi and Zhu Jingya.
On the one hand, teacher Zhu Jingya explained the physical characteristics of adolescent girls, psychological changes, health care knowledge, correct communication between male and female students and other aspects in a detailed and vivid way through pictures and texts, interactive question-and-answer between teachers and students, psychological games and other forms. More noticeably, students were actively engaged in the discussion and learning. Through the lecture, the girls learned about the matters needing attention in the growth process of adolescence. Through the lectures, students were guided to deal with the physical and psychological changes of puberty, how to protect themselves, how to get along with their parents, how to solve the problems of learning and how to properly communicate with others.
On the other hand, in view of some problems and puzzles existing in adolescence of the current schoolboys, teacher Li Mi and the boy students discussed together relevant issues such as psychosexual changes in adolescent boys, normal contact with the opposite sex, prevention of puppy love and how to become a responsible and committed man.
On the whole, the wonderful lecture won bursts of applause from the students who thought that the lectures made them have a more comprehensive and in-depth understanding of the health knowledge of adolescence, which not only answered their confusion in the process of growth, helped them to adapt to the physical and psychological changes brought about by adolescence more quickly, but also increased their safety awareness, and enabled them to know how to protect themselves and be a confident, self-respecting, self-loving, healthy and happy person.
